• Return Policy
• All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the packing slip (invoice) Return request need to be within 15 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost ( send Attn: Returns Dept.) There is a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts. Parts must be re-saleable and in the original packaging. We cannot take back used parts. We cannot take back installed or tried parts. Electrical parts are not returnable. Special order parts that are opened will not be refunded Please do not write on the original box or packaging, and it must have the genuine manufacture label intact. CORES: Buyer is responsible for for return shipping cost of all cores. ( No Label will be sent) We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
